upgrades update

changed the way upgrade works, now you can buy instead of only when winning a wave

rebalanced and reworked atkspeed, you can have unlimited atk speed now

added the button to buy upgrades, it costs 50 gold

rebalanced damage, exp, gold and almost anything stats related
